1. Introduction

Welcome to Kyro, an advanced AI conversational platform. Kyro is currently a student-led experimental project and is not a registered business entity. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. AI Models and Providers

Kyro functions as an interface that connects users to various third-party AI models provided by external companies (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Hugging Face). We do not own these models, and their performance, availability, and content are subject to the policies of their respective owners.

3. Usage of Service

Our service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis for educational and personal use. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Prohibited Content: You may not use the bot to generate content that promotes illegal acts, sexual violence, exploitation, or extreme hate speech.
• No Cloud Service: Kyro is not a cloud storage platform. Do not upload large files or expect the service to act as a permanent data repository.
• Student Project Status: Being a student project, you should expect potential downtime, data loss, or service changes without prior notification.

4. Uncensored Mode

Kyro provides an optional "Uncensored" mode. This mode removes many of the standard AI safety filters. Users utilize this mode at their own exclusive risk. While it allows for more direct responses, it may generate content that is offensive, biased, or inappropriate. Users are still bound by local laws and global safety standards regarding illegal content.

5. Credits and Accounting

Aero Credits are a virtual currency used to manage API costs and prevent abuse. Credits are deducted based on the complexity of the task (e.g., text vs. image analysis vs. image generation). We reserve the right to change credit rates or reset credit balances at any time.

6. Data Persistence and Backups

You are responsible for backing up your important chats. We do not guarantee that your conversation history will be kept forever. Data may be cleared during system migrations, database resets, or if the project is discontinued.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators of Kyro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. AI responses can be inaccurate or misleading; always verify critical information from reliable sources.

8. Reporting Issues

If you encounter bugs, security vulnerabilities, or inappropriate AI behavior, please report them through our official support channels or Discord server. We appreciate your feedback in making this student project better.
