3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Generating content that is violent, discriminatory, or sexually explicit.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit Kyro's internal architecture or third-party AI endpoints.
• Automating interactions with Kyro through scripts or bots without explicit permission.
• Bypassing credit constraints or fee structures through technical exploits.

4. Credits and Usage

Access to certain elite features of Kyro requires "Credits." These credits are granted at our discretion or through established community protocols. Credits have no monetary value, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for currency.

5. Intellectual Property

While you retain ownership of the prompts you provide, the underlying architecture, branding, and proprietary "Kyro" intelligence remain the exclusive property of AeroDev. Kyro's outputs are subject to various licensing terms depending on the underlying AI models used.

Kyro utilize state-of-the-art AI, but errors ("hallucinations") may occur. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by the AI. Use the information provided at your own risk.
